We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment. If you are running late we may not be able to complete your full service. Please kindly note we have a 7 day notification policy should you wish to change something about your hair, we do not offer refunds. A consultation is required to ensure enough time is booked out.
